Welcome to
Landix Partners
Landix is an investment boutique specializing in mid-sized (Middle-Market) companies that are cash-generating, profitable, and/or have high growth potential. We seek good companies that are not necessarily “attractive” (sexy) and love those ignored by the market. We invest in companies with this profile and assist others in raising the necessary capital to realize their expansion plans.
Our investments are analyzed on a case-by-case basis and are always structured through “Club Deals.” For this reason, we are flexible and can acquire minority or majority positions, always aligning the interests of sellers and investors.
For our partners and investors, we aim to provide consistent returns through the proper pricing of already consolidated companies with a solid history of dividend distribution (and/or ROE), which can benefit from a more efficient capital structure and management focused on business growth.
Meet our core team members
André Aulus
Andre Aulus and Fabio Topczewski worked together at Banco Patrimonio in the late 1990s and met again in 2022 at Tauá Partners, where they advised companies on financial management, performance improvement, debt restructuring, capital raising, and mergers and acquisitions. With this reunion, they decided to co-found Landix Partners.
Previously, Aulus worked for 13 years as Director and Associate General Counsel for Brazil at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, reporting directly to the bank’s Legal Department in New York and the Senior Country Officer in Brazil. He was responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the various business lines and support functions of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the country. For two years, Aulus was also responsible for the entire Compliance Department of Bank of America in Brazil. His mandate extended to cover the Andean countries in Latin America, Central America, and the Caribbean. During his tenure, Aulus managed a team of 7 lawyers (including 2 dual-qualified lawyers in Brazil and New York), 2 interns, and 1 administrative assistant in a challenging and complex corporate environment. While responsible for the Compliance area, he managed a parallel team of 5 lawyers covering the field.
